Many of us could benefit from a little more support\, community and well-being as we navigate and create what’s next for ourselves and our organizations. Join us for Resilience Rodeo\, a three-month webinar series. In these highly interactive sessions\, learn how you can build your resilience as you go about your daily life. \nWe’ll share useful information\, practices\, exercises and tools\, and learn from other participants.\n\nResilience Rodeo is a series intended to increase learning with scaffolded sessions. \nTo register for other dates\, click here: [February 11] or [March 11].\n\nEach session\, we’ll explore topics—like how mindful “savoring” of experiences and moments can have lasting impact on well-being—and learn techniques to build new habits into your busy day. \nWe’ll invite you to share your experiences and to take on a small project that brings you happiness.
