She is a seasoned executive coach and consultant\, specializing in enhancing ability to achieve greater well-being and significant results through how clients communicate\, cultivate relationships\, and lead key initiatives. Jackie has over 25 years’ experience in executive coaching\, leadership development\, communication and organizational engagement consulting. \nThe Transformational Leadership Retreats she co-created\, based on a 6-question coaching model\, have provided leaders a powerful way to utilize the focal point of an event to lead a process to “change the conversation\,” set a new tone\, and co-create new behaviors and practices\, launching culture change in their organizations. She has a background in marketing and has served clients at privately-held\, nonprofit\, public sector and Fortune 100 firms\, in most industries.
